About The Role
Business Associate is expected to track, deep-dive, and provide insights for specific business functions. The role expects the candidate to independently structure the problem, draw relevant insights leveraging data and work with functional leaders to drive them to a conclusion.
The FnV Control Tower is the controller of all the key metrics related to supply chain and warehouse operations for Frutits and Vegetables category in Instamart. The role is to monitor KPIs of daily process, inventory management, planning, IGCC control and to highlight/notify any deviation as well as do RCA and come up with the corrective action plan.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Reporting of deviation: Regularly monitor the KPIs like inventory loss, product availability, price variation, assortment range, etc. and report any deviation seen in these metrics.
- Process adherence: Build processes wherever the supply chain is broken and conduct regular internal audits to ensure that SOPs are followed.
- Suggest and optimize any gap in the existing process.
- RCA of deviation: Work along with the KPI owner to conduct the RCA of the deviation.
- Build dashboards in excel and google sheets to conduct detailed analysis.
- Work with cross functional teams and lead the calls to solve complex problems
- Make monthly inventory planning and forecasting
- Reporting : Develop and manage views for different business metrics : dashboards, scorecards. Coordinate with MIS and analytics for data gathering using SQL/excel and ensuring data sanity for day-to-day reporting
- Analysis : Analyze data & generate key insights on the business, user quality, redemption funnels & other mission critical metrics
- P&L management : Be the SPOC for consolidating & reviewing partnerships PnL, alongwith Biz Fin/accounting teams
- Process/Program Management : End to end process/program management of strategic partnerships, by liaising with key stakeholders internally and leading the execution to completion
- Strategic Initiatives : Ideate, problem-solve & implement key process improvement initiatives within the team.
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. Identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs.
- Exposure to tools (like snowflake, SQL) to derive queries
- 2-4 years’ experience preferably in a consulting or analytics environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Google sheet, Excel, Powerpoint is mandatory
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a rigorous fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders
- Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Experience in program management / FnV category is a plus
