We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling customer inquiries and issues through a blended process that includes phone calls, chat, and email support.
Language Requirements – Malayalam, Hindi and English
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone calls, chat, and email channels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Utilize various tools and software to manage customer support efficiently.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable with a blended process (phone calls, chat, and email support).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Ability to handle all types of users with patience and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
