Job Profile
Customer support associate will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related inquiries from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information via Calling support
Mandatory Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass and Freshers can apply
Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi.
Customer Orientation
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
- 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
- System configuration
- Windows 10 or Windows 11
- 8GB RAM
- Must have own Broadband/WIFI
- Processor I5 & above
- Power backup
- Noise cancellation USB headset ( Reimbursement will be given for 1000/-)
Salary
Salary for Freshers – 13,500 Month In hand.
Salary for 1-2 Years – 16,100 Month In hand.
