Title: Associate (Voice Process)

Work Location: Work From Home – Remote

Job Type: 6 Month Contract

Pay Rate: 1.85 LPA (13.5k in hand)

First 30 days of Training and you will be paid 300rs/day as your stipend after that you will get the salary.

Freshers are eligible

System configuration:

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• 8GB RAM
• Must have own Broadband/WIFI
• Processor i3 & above (No AMD Ryzen)
• Power backup
• Noise cancellation USB headset ( Reimbursement will be given for 1000/-)

Mandatory Criteria:

• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
• Customer orientation
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• Working hour: 9 hour (8 hrs. work and 1-hour break)

Key points:

Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling online product delivery related inquires from the customer end. Provide and share information with customer by leveraging available tools and information. Via Calling support

• PMATS Test
• Versant Test
• Voice OPS Round
