Job Description – Flipkart Process

Role: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)
Band:U1

Mode: Work From Home/Rotational Shifts – 24/7 Shifts

EMP Type: Contract (3-6Months)
Qualification: Intermediate/Any graduates
Freshers Salary – 1.8 LPA
Experience Salary: 1-2yrs in BPO or any Other Industry – 2.2LPA

Mandatory Criteria :

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• 8GB RAM
• Good typing skills – 25WPM with 85% Accuracy
• Must have own Broadband/WIFI
• Processor I3 & above (No AMD/Ryzen or MAC)
• Power backup
• Noise cancellation USB headset ( Reimbursement will be given for 1000/-)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI
• Should not have applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 months
• Customer orientation
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining
• 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1-hour break
