Role: RPO Operations Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (REMOTE)

Work Shift: Split Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)

Employment: Full Time

As a RPO Operations Specialist/Employee Engagement you are responsible for administration and operational support of the recruitment process for our strategic client partnerships. Successful candidates will have a strong service mindset, superior communication skills, be process driven, and have a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate global engagement initiatives
• Help oversee employee engagement committee
• Assist in maintaining engagement budget
• Creating virtual events to ensure global engagement and interaction
• Assist with quarterly Global “All Hands” meetings with Leadership
• Work with Sr. Manager of Global Operations to create a “One Team” culture
• Responsible for welcoming newly hired employees and walking them through the onboarding journey
• Responsible for data audit and setup of employee profiles in internal HR systems
• Be the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired (future) employees
• Provide reporting and project updates to team lead or senior management
• Prioritize and manage workload to meet critical deadlines
• Act as a subject matter expert and make recommendations on how to improve process efficiency
• Be responsible for Off-boarding employees and updating client database
• Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Basic qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience

Preferred qualifications include:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Applicant tracking system experience
• Solid understanding of MS Office/Google products
• Proven ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to take direction and execute a plan
• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
• Track record of proven results
