Job description
Sourcing of profiles from job portals and screening
- Line up interviews & co-ordination with stakeholders
- Preparing of data & reports as required
- Proactively building hiring pipeline
- Offer letter release & onboarding candidates
Required Candidate profile
- Well versed in hiring for sales & corporate roles
- 6 months -1 year of good sourcing experience in recruitment
- Candidate should have good analytical & communication skills
- Ability to perform under strict deadlines and pressure
- Should having learning & achiever attitude
