Sourcing of profiles from job portals and screening

• Line up interviews & co-ordination with stakeholders
• Preparing of data & reports as required
• Proactively building hiring pipeline
• Offer letter release & onboarding candidates

Required Candidate profile

• Well versed in hiring for sales & corporate roles
• 6 months -1 year of good sourcing experience in recruitment
• Candidate should have good analytical & communication skills
• Ability to perform under strict deadlines and pressure
• Should having learning & achiever attitude
