Job Description
- experience in Remote Support Solutions.
- VDI’s Administration experience will be adding advantage. Microsoft certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows environments
- Need multi-tasking & resolves complex incidents and requests related to – One drive, google drive, SSO, O365, Printers & end user issues.
- Assist end users with their endpoint devices.
- Troubleshoot corporate applications (MS Office Suite, Enterprise supported browsers, Java Plug-ins )
- Knowledge of AV Scan
- Serves as a point of escalation for major incidents that are unresolved at the helpdesk level.
